Yes! DealView supports bulk import through our Migration Wizard. You can upload a ZIP file containing multiple contracts, connect cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox), or use our API for automated migration. Our AI will classify and analyze all imported documents.

DealView supports PDF, DOCX, DOC, and TXT files. For scanned PDFs, our OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology extracts text before AI analysis. Maximum file size is 50MB per document.

Most contracts are analyzed within 30-60 seconds. Larger or more complex documents may take up to 2 minutes. You can continue working while contracts process in the background, and we'll notify you when analysis is complete.

Contract files are stored in secure, SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure with data centers in the United States. Database records are stored in PostgreSQL with row-level security ensuring users only access their own organization's data.

No. Your contract data is never used to train our AI models or shared with third parties. We use OpenAI's API with enterprise data processing agreements that explicitly prohibit training on customer data.

From your Settings page, go to Team Members and click "Invite." Enter their email address and select their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer). They'll receive an invitation email to join your workspace.

DealView offers three roles: Admin (full access including billing and user management), Member (can upload, edit, and analyze contracts), and Viewer (read-only access to contracts and reports). Enterprise plans support custom roles with 18 granular permissions.

Yes! Professional and higher plans support multiple workspaces. This is useful for separating contracts by department, client, or project. Each workspace has independent access controls and can have different team members.
