Configuring AI Agents
Customize AI agent behavior for your workspace, including enabling/disabling agents and adjusting settings.
Customize how AI agents work in your workspace. Enable or disable specific agents, adjust scanning frequencies, and configure notification preferences.
Accessing Agent Settings
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Select Workspace
- Click the AI Agents tab
Only workspace administrators can modify agent settings.
Enabling/Disabling Agents
Each agent can be independently controlled:
- Find the agent you want to configure
- Toggle the Enabled switch
- Disabled agents stop scanning and creating new actions
Existing pending actions remain in the queue even if an agent is disabled.
Agent-Specific Settings
Renewal Agent Settings

Notification Preferences
Configure how you're notified about new actions:

| In-App Only | Actions appear in queue, no external notifications |
| Email Digest | Daily summary of new actions |
| Immediate Email | Email for each urgent/high priority action |
| Slack | Post to Slack channel (requires integration) |
Workspace vs. Global Settings
- Workspace Settings - Apply to a single workspace
- Global Settings - Apply to all your workspaces (requires account admin)
Each workspace can have different agent configurations based on its contract types and business needs.
Resetting to Defaults
To restore default agent settings:
- Go to agent settings
- Click Reset to Defaults
- Confirm the reset
Resetting removes all custom configurations. Pending actions are not affected.
Troubleshooting
Agents not creating actions?
- Verify agents are enabled
- Check that contracts have completed AI analysis
- Ensure contracts meet scanning criteria (dates, risk scores, etc.)
Too many actions?
- Adjust thresholds to be more selective
- Disable agents you don't need
- Use batch operations to manage queues
