Annual billing saves 20%.
How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your new plan
- Choose billing frequency (monthly or annual)
- Enter payment details
- Confirm upgrade
Your upgrade takes effect immediately. New features and limits are available right away.
Proration
When upgrading mid-cycle:
- You're charged the prorated difference
- Remaining value of current plan is credited
- New billing cycle starts from upgrade date
Example: Upgrading from Starter ($149/mo) to Professional ($499/mo) halfway through your billing cycle credits ~$75 and charges ~$250.
Changing Billing Frequency
Switch between monthly and annual:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Billing
- Select new frequency
- Confirm the change
Switching to annual applies the 20% discount.
What Changes When You Upgrade
More Users
Invite additional team members immediately.
More Contracts
Upload limit increases - existing contracts aren't affected.
More AI Operations
Your monthly quota increases. Migration credit stays the same.
New Features
Higher tiers unlock:
- Multiple workspaces (Professional+)
- Folder permissions (Professional+)
- SSO/SAML (Enterprise+)
- API access (Enterprise+)
- Custom integrations (Enterprise+)
Downgrading
To move to a lower plan:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower tier
- Review what you'll lose
- Confirm downgrade
Ensure your current usage fits within the new plan's limits. You may need to remove users or archive contracts.

- Click Contact Sales on the pricing page
- Describe your requirements
- Our team will prepare a custom quote

Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- ACH bank transfer (annual plans, US only)
- Wire transfer (Enterprise+)
- Invoicing (Enterprise+, annual only)
Update payment methods in Settings → Billing → Payment Methods.
